Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking an HR Recruiter / HR Executive who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment activities. The role will also provide limited support to HR generalist functions. Hindi proficiency is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities

 Recruitment:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/final interviews.
  • Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth closure of positions.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and candidate databases.

HR Generalist

  • Support onboarding and induction processes.
  • Assist with basic HR documentation and employee record management.
  • Support employee engagement activities as required.
