Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Recruiter based in Thane. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates. Day-to-day tasks will include creating job postings, conducting interviews, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining records of applicant evaluations. The HR Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to meet workforce needs and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in creating and managing job postings and recruitment campaigns
• Ability to analyze candidate profiles and match them to job requirements
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and adhere to tight deadlines
• Experience in the health-tech or digital solutions industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
