Japanese Language Trainer

This is a full-time, remote role for a Japanese Language Trainer. The role involves delivering high-quality language training tailored to the needs of individual or group learners. Responsibilities include developing lesson plans, conducting virtual training sessions, preparing learning materials, and tracking student progress. The trainer will also provide feedback to enhance language proficiency and ensure students achieve their language goals.

• Fluency in Japanese, with strong speaking, writing, and reading comprehension skills.
• Experience in creating training materials and delivering lessons in a clear and structured manner.
• Familiarity with virtual teaching tools and platforms, ensuring an engaging online learning experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to work with diverse learners.
• Ability to tailor training plans based on learner goals, proficiency levels, and industry requirements.
• Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or instructional design is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, Japanese Language, or a related field is preferred but not required.
