Key HR Job Responsibilities & Duties:Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Identifying, interviewing, and hiring candidates; managing the onboarding process.Employee Relations & Compliance: Addressing employee grievances, managing disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Compensation and Benefits: Managing payroll, benefits administration (health insurance, leave), and salary negotiations.Performance Management: Conducting performance appraisals, facilitating promotions, and identifying training needs.Training and Development: Organizing, designing, and delivering employee training programs.HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, updating policies, and managing HR information systems (HRIS).
