Sr. Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cloud Basics Oracle/SQL IBM BAW Java JSON Rest API BPMN Javascript XML Web Services and SOAP. A strong background in Asset & Wealth Management is essential. This role involves developing and optimizing solutions that enhance our asset and wealth management services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust software solutions using Java JSON and Rest API to enhance asset and wealth management services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate BPMN workflows that streamline business processes.
• Utilize Cloud Provider Services to deploy scalable applications that meet business requirements.
• Optimize database performance using Oracle/SQL and RDBMS technologies for efficient data management.
• Implement IBM BAW solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Design and develop web services using SOAP and XML to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Write clean and efficient code in Javascript to enhance user interfaces and improve user experience.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing applications to maintain system stability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
• Document technical specifications and project progress to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong technical skills in Cloud Basics Oracle/SQL IBM BAW Java JSON Rest API BPMN Javascript XML Web Services and SOAP.
• Demonstrate expertise in Asset & Wealth Management domain to effectively address industry-specific challenges.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid work model.
• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects within deadlines.
