🏥 We're Hiring: HR & Quality Manager for a Multispeciality Hospital in Pathankot, Punjab

Are you a healthcare HR & Quality professional passionate about building strong teams and driving NABH excellence? We're looking for an HR & Quality Manager to join our hospital team!

📍 Location: Pathankot, Punjab

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications:

• MBA – HR / MHA / Diploma in Hospital Management
• Certification/experience in HR & NABH Quality preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction of hospital staff
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
• Oversee payroll co-ordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
• Plan and execute staff training and competency assessments
• Implement and monitor NABH standards, SOPs, and quality indicators
• Conduct internal audits, quality meetings, and documentation
• Co-ordinate incident reporting, CAPA, patient safety initiatives, and quality improvement projects
• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness for NABH assessments
• Collaborate with departmental heads to strengthen organizational culture and quality
• Develop staff-oriented policies in line with labour laws

What We're Looking For:

A proactive HR professional who can balance people management with quality/compliance rigor in a hospital setting.
