Role Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a HR Manager – Bulk Sourcing & Logistics Hiring. The role involves leading and executing bulk hiring for delivery, logistics, and operations roles, ensuring timely staffing to support business growth. The individual will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating selection, and overseeing onboarding for large-scale hiring drives. Responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to understand workforce requirements, maintaining recruitment metrics, improving hiring strategies, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. The role also requires building strong relationships with external recruitment partners, nurturing positive candidate experiences, and supporting broader HR initiatives such as employee engagement and workforce planning.

Note: This role demands extensive PAN India travel to execution sites, vendor offices, and educational campuses.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Mass Recruitment: Strategize, execute, and own bulk recruitment drives across India for diverse roles, ranging from mid-level operations staff to massive cohorts of blue-collar workforces, while continuously improving time-to-fill and meeting strict hiring targets.

• Vendor Management & 3P Leverage: Build, maintain, and activate an extensive network of third-party (3P) manpower vendors and contractors to fulfill immediate, large-scale staffing mandates with tight turnaround times.

• Elite Campus & Field Recruitment: Spearhead strategic campus placement drives and field recruitment activities across relevant institutes, executing bulk-hiring strategies that efficiently convert talent into high-performing operations personnel.

• Compliance & HR Policy Alignment: Institutionalize solid knowledge of HR policies, ensuring all field recruitment, vendor contracts, onboarding documentation, and background checks are in absolute alignment with organizational standards and local labor regulations.

• Recruitment Analytics & Tool Mastery: Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), real-time recruitment dashboards, and advanced Excel/MS Office tools to track sourcing metrics, analyze pipeline health, and deliver data-driven updates to corporate leadership.

• Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as a bridge between the workforce and management during deployment, leveraging exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment and seamlessly handle initial onboarding grievances.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Logistics Sector Expertise: 5–10 years of progressive talent acquisition and core HR management experience strictly within the Logistics, Supply Chain, Express Cargo, or Warehousing sectors. Background in E-Commerce or Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) ecosystems is a major preferential add-on.

• Vendor Network & Connect: A deeply established, verifiable personal directory of manpower vendors, local contractors, and sourcing partners across various states in India to drive swift field mobilization.

• Polished & Corporate Communication: Exceptionally well-spoken, articulate, and polished in both verbal and written communication. You must possess the professional command to interface with institute heads and senior corporate stakeholders, balanced with the strong employee relations capability needed for blue-collar engagement.

• Mobility, Resilience & Speed: Complete readiness to travel extensively and frequently across PAN India locations to oversee deployment, audits, and physical recruitment drives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Bulk Sourcing Prowess & Decision-Making: Strong organizational capabilities with a demonstrated track record of closing hundreds of operational openings simultaneously via digital portals, campus partnerships, reference networks, and local mobilization.

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is required. A postgraduate HR specialization (MBA / PGDM in Human Resources) from a recognized institution is highly preferred.
