Role Description The HR Manager role at M Tech Equipments is a full-time, on-site position located in Haridwar. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for manufacturing and office staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing attendance and payroll inputs, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role will also involve fostering a positive work culture, handling grievance resolution, and partnering with leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure HR practices align with production requirements, safety norms, and overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Strong skills in HR operations such as policy implementation, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS or HR-related software, MS Office (especially Excel and Word), and basic data reporting and analysis.
- Effective communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and shop-floor employees.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist in a manufacturing or engineering company is highly preferred.
