Roles And Responsibilities

• Assist on employee related queries across the employee life cycle.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring precise and timely execution of payroll cycles.
• Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with various departments for seamless integration of new employees.
• Support HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records and database management.
• Collaborate with the HR team to enhance processes and develop strategies for improved operations.
• Administer HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity, system upgrades, and user training.
• Assist with compliance reporting and maintain an understanding of employment regulations and guidelines.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives aligned with the hospital's objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR systems and processes meet organizational needs.
  
  

Employee Life Cycle Management

• Oversee all stages of the employee life cycle including onboarding, development, retention, and exit processes.
• Ensure consistent handling of employee life cycle events in adherence with policies and organizational values.
