About the Rol
e
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead the Human Resources and Administration functions of the organization. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience managing end-to-end HR operations along with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced startup environment. The candidate should have successfully managed an employee strength of 150+ and possess strong people management and organizational skill

Human Resou
rces* Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition t
eam.* Oversee employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalit
ies.* Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and S
OPs.* Handle employee engagement, retention, and grievance managem
ent.* Drive performance management, appraisals, and goal-setting proces
ses.* Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and H
RMS.* Ensure statutory compliance including PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, Shops & Establishment, POSH, and other applicable regulati
ons.* Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS repo
rts.* Support learning & development initiatives and succession plann
ing.
Administr
ation* Oversee office administration and facility manage
ment.* Manage housekeeping, security, travel, transport, and vendor relations
hips.* Handle office procurement, asset management, and AMC coordina
tion.* Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and compliance with company stand
ards.* Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and government authorities whenever requ
ired.

rofile* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualific
ation.* 8–10 years of experience in HR & Administr
ation.* Prior experience in startups or high-growth organizations is mand
atory.* Preferred experience with Startup ecosystem such or similar high-growth service-based st
artupsservice-based sta
rtups.* Experience managing an employee base of 150+ employees in the organiz
ation.* Strong understanding of HR operations, labour laws, payroll coordination, and statutory compl
iance.* Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal s
kills.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic enviro
nment.* Proficient in MS Office and HRMS plat
