Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role located in Ahmedabad. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and workforce development. The role entails formulating HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals, maintaining an inclusive workplace culture, and ensuring adherence to employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will collaborate with departmental heads to meet organizational objectives and support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- knowledge of establishing KPI and KRA is a must
- Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with labor laws, compliance policies, and employment regulations
- Proficiency in workforce development, employee engagement, and HR strategy implementation
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing, chemicals industry HR, or similar domains is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
- Proficiency with HR management systems and tools
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to adapt to dynamic workplace demands
- Responsible for all chemicals manufacturing compliances like GPCB, PESO, DISH, Narcotics with thr help of EHS executive and Safety officers
