Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager position located in Jalandhar. The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, training programs, and performance management. Additionally, the HR Manager will work closely with organizational leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

- Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Onboarding
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Performance Management
- Knowledge of Labor Laws, Compliance, and Payroll Management
- Strong skills in Organizational Development, Training, and Employee Engagement
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Decision-Making skills
- Proficiency in HR software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Prior HR experience, especially in the digital marketing or tech industry, is a plus
