Role: Head of HR & Admin — Partner to the Founder

Someone who understands that in a fast-moving trading and technology company, people, systems, and trust move faster than speed of thought (literally).
I’m the founder, and I’m looking for a partner. You’ll help me shape how the company feels, hires, and scales.

What This Role Is Really About
- You’ll take full ownership of HR, culture, and admin operations — everything from hiring to onboarding, from policies to people growth.
- You’ll build culture with intention — design experiences, rituals, and systems that make people proud to be here.
- You’ll recruit intelligently — understanding not just resumes but fit, curiosity, and character.
- You’ll keep the ship organized — contracts, compliances, travel, offices, assets, events, everything that lets the rest of the team move fast.
- You’ll be a sounding board — helping build a transparent and thoughtful workplace as we grow across India and globally.
- You’ll spot patterns — who’s performing, who’s drifting, where burnout or misalignment might happen — and act early.
- You'll build people intelligence.
- Like building from scratch, and have high visibility and ownership.
- Believe culture is a competitive advantage, not a side project.
- Enjoy working directly with the founder, for lightning speed problem solving and idea exchanges in realtime.
- Are a self-starter — you don’t wait for “approval” to make something better.
- Balance people empathy with business logic — you can think about both fairness and performance.
- Can handle both startup chaos and structured scaling.
- Hiring and onboarding across trading, tech, data, research, and support teams.
- Performance tracking and people development frameworks.
- HRIS/payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits.
- Office operations, vendor management, and travel admin.
- Team communications, celebrations, and internal branding.
- Partnering on compliance, contracts, and employee documentation.
- 7–15 years in HR or people operations, preferably with exposure to tech, trading, fintech, or startups and comes from a strong education background.
- Comfort with fast-moving, analytical teams.
- Excellent written and spoken communication.
- Comfort using modern tools (Google Workspace, Slack, HRIS, ATS, etc.).
