Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tumkur for the position of Plant Head. The Plant Head will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure smooth production planning, maintain quality control measures, and manage production processes to meet organizational goals. The role will also involve handling budgeting activities and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and standards, while working collaboratively to meet project timelines and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Operations and Production Management
• Knowledge of Production Planning and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Quality Control processes and ensuring adherence to standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors is a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
