Production Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal production schedules, and maintaining the quality of production processes. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring resource utilization, and implementing efficient workflow processes to meet production goals. The individual will also play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and operations management
• Experience in quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards within manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in team leadership and collaboration with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively
• Understanding of cost analysis, process optimization, and operational efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of textile manufacturing or related industries is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field is required. Advanced certifications or relevant experience are a plus
• Proficiency in working with production software and tools
• Experience in lean manufacturing principles a plus
