About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the entire human resources function for a fast-growing organization in the Fintech/BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable HR frameworks, driving talent strategy, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the entire human resources function for a fast-growing organization in the Fintech/BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable HR frameworks, driving talent strategy, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, L&D, and Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Build strong talent acquisition strategies for leadership and niche hiring
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and BFSI-specific guidelines
- Establish and strengthen performance management systems (KRA/KPI frameworks)
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives
- Oversee compensation & benefits structure, benchmarking with industry standards
- Manage HR policies, audits, and governance frameworks
- Partner with leadership to drive change management and organizational growth
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (Tier 1 / Tier 2 preferred)
- 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Mandatory experience in Fintech or BFSI industry
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record in scaling teams and building HR processes from scratch
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Experience in managing large and diverse teams
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaling organizations
- Strong exposure to digital HR tools / HRMS systems
- Ability to drive data-driven HR strategies and analytics
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
