About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead our global people strategy and foster a high-performance culture. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, and HR operations while partnering closely with leadership to support KOMP's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOMP's global HR strategy.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Design and implement scalable HR policies and processes.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Drive learning, leadership development, and succession planning programs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices across global operations.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance culture.
• Lead and mentor the HR team while driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing distributed or global teams is a plus.
