Role Description The Head of Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for overseeing all HR functions and leading the HR team. This role includes designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with organizational objectives and support a positive workplace culture. Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, handling performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The Head of Human Resources will also lead initiatives related to training and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HR analytics. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership to support workforce planning, organizational development, and long-term talent management.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience leading HR teams and functions.
- Should have had work experience in Hospital Industry of 10-15 years.
- Experience of Payroll, HR Operations, Recruitment and NABH compliances.
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to ensure compliance and manage risk in HR operations.
- Experience developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, preferably in healthcare or service-driven organizations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with HR systems and data-driven HR practices, including HR metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
