About The Role
This role is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting employees and managers across the organization, as well as shaping and strengthening the company’s internal culture, elevating employee experience, and positioning the organization as an employer of choice
They will play a key role in fostering a process and legal compliance, positive workplace culture. They will collaborate across departments to ensure HR, employee and leadership engagement, communication and employer branding programs and presence across internal and external channels are implemented successfully and aligned with business objectives.

In This Role, You Will
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Create, review and maintain labour documents.
- Reporting & Administration: Ensure HRIS data accuracy for employee data, payroll and benefits processing. Create, analyze and distribute reports as needed for various stakeholders.
- Training and development: Coordinate learning programs and professional development opportunities.
- Performance & Compensation Management: Assist with performance reviews, employee development plans, and coaching initiatives. Support in maintaining compensation related data and structures.
- HR policy implementation: Draft, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and support managers.
- Employee Engagement: review reports and action plans, support management with organizing engagement related activities.
- Support the HR Business Partners in the day to day activities.
- Support the work of the interns in the activities assigned to them.
- Vendors management
- Design and deliver engagement activations that enhance motivation, well‑being, and belonging.
- Build and manage the annual engagement calendar including events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
- Partner with HR Business Partners and Business Leadership to understand employee sentiment and recommend actionable improvements.
- Monitor engagement metrics and create reports with insights and recommendations.
- Develop and manage the internal communication to support transparency, alignment, and culture.
- Craft clear, engaging content for newsletters, intranet, and employee announcements.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all internal touchpoints aligned with company values.
- Strengthen the company’s employer value proposition (EVP) and ensure consistent representation across all channels.
- Measure effectiveness of initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

What you need to have to be considered
- Previous HR Generalist experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust across all levels of the organization. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- High level of adaptability and willingness to take on diverse HR tasks.
