Job Description:
An Administration Executive manages daily office operations, supports staff, maintains records and ensures smooth administrative processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
  • Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
  • Support HR and management with administrative tasks
  • Maintain vendor coordination and service agreements
  • Prepare reports, presentations and official correspondence
  • Ensure office facilities and equipment are properly maintained
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and visitor management
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings

Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
