Job Description:
An Administration Executive manages daily office operations, supports staff, maintains records and ensures smooth administrative processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities
- Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Support HR and management with administrative tasks
- Maintain vendor coordination and service agreements
- Prepare reports, presentations and official correspondence
- Ensure office facilities and equipment are properly maintained
- Handle incoming calls, emails and visitor management
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
