This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based in Chandigarh, India. The Customer Support Specialist will handle inquiries, resolve customer issues, and ensure client satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing technical support, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve challenges in a timely manner. Delivering exceptional customer experiences is a key part of this role.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and a proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Interpersonal Skills, along with effective communication and empathy in customer interactions
• Experience in Technical Support with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to understand and address customer needs and provide solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools or software
• Customer service experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
