Job Description: As an Airport Ground Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of airport facilities. You will be the first point of contact for passengers and will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the airport. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boarding gate, and arrival hall
• Check passengers' tickets and travel documents to ensure they are valid and accurate
• Handle baggage and assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
• Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other travel-related inquiries
• Handle any issues or complaints from passengers in a professional and efficient manner
• Coordinate with other airport staff, including security personnel and ground crew, to ensure smooth and timely operations
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the airport terminal
• Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly or disabled individuals
• Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and airport facilities
• Provide support to other departments, such as cargo handling and ticketing, when needed. Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other airport staff
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in English and local language(s)
