Junior Accounting Manager

We’re seeking detail driven, proactive, and resourceful Accounting professionals to join our growing team. With multiple openings available, we’re looking for individuals who excel in fast paced environments and consistently demonstrate professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Run full-cycle accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll entries, and month-end/year-end close.

· Maintain accurate general ledger activity through timely preparation, review, and reconciliation of accounts.

· Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and ensure all reporting deadlines are met.

· Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations and corporate reporting requirements.

· Prepare and/or coordinate all tax filings including sales tax, payroll tax, corporate tax and support external audits as needed.

· Manage daily cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity, optimize banking operations, and maintain short- and long-term cash forecasting models aligned with organizational goals.

· Perform monthly account reconciliations and produce financial reports as requested by senior finance leadership.

· Deliver monthly financial statements with supporting schedules, variance analyses, and operational insights.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration.

· Active CA or CPA certification required.

· Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, state tax regulations, and corporate compliance requirements.

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including general ledger accounting and financial reporting.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

· Experience in QuickBooks, Dynamics 365 Business Central.

· Demonstrated self-confidence, critical thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

· Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and commit to extended hours when necessary.
