Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Contingent Workforce Administration
- Oversee the complete lifecycle management of contingent workforce employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate contingent workforce records.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of the Contingent Workforce Master Database.
2. HR Operations & Systems Support
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including time and attendance management through HR platforms such as UKG Kronos.
- Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve system-related concerns and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Maintain data accuracy and support process improvements within HR systems.
3. Employee Grievance Management
- Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns, with a focus on welfare and workplace well-being.
- Investigate, manage, and resolve grievances in a timely, confidential, and empathetic manner.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
4. Employee Welfare & Engagement Programs
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee welfare, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Manage welfare activities, including crèche administration and other employee support programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Educational Qualification
- Master's degree in social work (MSW).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in HR Operations, Employee Welfare, and Statutory Compliance, preferably within a manufacturing environment or a large organization.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, statutory requirements, and workplace compliance standards.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (such as UKG/ TrueIn) and Microsoft Office applications.
