Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Contingent Workforce Administration

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle management of contingent workforce employees, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate contingent workforce records.
  • Ensure timely updates and accuracy of the Contingent Workforce Master Database.

2. HR Operations & Systems Support

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including time and attendance management through HR platforms such as UKG Kronos.
  • Coordinate with IT and relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve system-related concerns and ensure seamless HR service delivery.
  • Maintain data accuracy and support process improvements within HR systems.

3. Employee Grievance Management

  • Act as a point of contact for addressing employee concerns, with a focus on welfare and workplace well-being.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve grievances in a timely, confidential, and empathetic manner.
  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.

4. Employee Welfare & Engagement Programs

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of employee welfare, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Manage welfare activities, including crèche administration and other employee support programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience, engagement, and productivity.


Qualifications & Competencies:


Educational Qualification

  • Master's degree in social work (MSW).


Required Skills & Experience:


  • Experience in HR Operations, Employee Welfare, and Statutory Compliance, preferably within a manufacturing environment or a large organization.
  • Sound understanding of labor laws, statutory requirements, and workplace compliance standards.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (such as UKG/ TrueIn) and Microsoft Office applications.
