Job Description
Job Opening: HR Executive
We are looking for an HR Executive with a minimum of 2–5 years of experience, preferably in NBFC or Microfinance sectors. We have branches in Thrissur, Eranakulam and Alappuzha
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance monitoring and payroll coordination
- Employee relations management and HR support for branches
- HR documentation and statutory compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or MBA in HR or a related field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Benefits:
- Cell phone reimbursement
Experience:
- HR: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
