Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager - Sales, based in Delhi. The selected candidate will lead and oversee the sales team, ensure horizontal growth in untapped areas, and develop strategic plans for achieving sales targets. Other responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, improving operational performance, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience. The GM Sales is also expected to train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve desired results and meet performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Expertise in General Management and Team Management for effective leadership and coordination
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and the ability to ensure a positive client experience
- Experience in Customer Service, including responding effectively to client needs and concerns
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar leadership role in sales or business development in Beverage/ FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of the local market and customer behavior patterns
