HR compliance executive (1 to 2 years)

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Compliance Executive located in Coimbatore. The HR Compliance Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing and monitoring HR policies, addressing employee relations concerns, and overseeing compliance with local regulations. The role also involves assisting with day-to-day HR management tasks and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.

• Demonstrated ability in HR Management and overseeing Employee Relations effectively
• Proficiency in HR Operations and developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and compliance requirements
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience with HR tools and systems is an advantage
