Job Description
A high-volume automotive manufacturing operation serving OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers across India. We operate manufacturing lines, vendor-managed inventory, and plant-level administrative processes that require disciplined HR and facilities oversight. This on-site role is focused on HR operations and plant administration with preference for candidates experienced in automotive or heavy manufacturing environments.

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations on-site: attendance, shift rosters, leave administration, and HR record maintenance.
- Execute recruitment cycles for shop-floor and indirect roles—sourcing, screening, coordinating assessments, and onboarding.
- Oversee payroll coordination with external payroll providers and validate monthly inputs, claims, and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory filings; coordinate with legal or consultants for audits and inspections.
- Administer facilities and vendor contracts—housekeeping, security, transport, canteen, material procurement and asset tracking.
- Drive employee relations at plant level: handle grievances, exit formalities, training logistics, and frontline supervision support.
