Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Basketball Coach, with the flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Basketball Coach will be responsible for developing training programs, conducting team practices, mentoring players, and enhancing their skills and performance. The role also involves strategizing and coordinating games, fostering teamwork, and effectively communicating with players, staff, and stakeholders to promote growth and success within the team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Basketball Coaching, Coaching, and Basketball skills
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players, staff, and stakeholders
• Experience in organizing and leading training sessions
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective team strategies
• Passion for mentorship and assisting athletes in achieving their full potential
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Physical Education, or related field is an advantage
• Previous experience in coaching basketball teams or athletes is highly preferred
