We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and drive service excellence across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage day-to-day housekeeping operations

✔ Lead and mentor housekeeping supervisors and field teams

✔ Plan manpower deployment and workforce scheduling

✔ Conduct site inspections and quality audits

✔ Ensure compliance with SOPs and operational standards

✔ Handle customer escalations and maintain service quality

✔ Monitor productivity, attendance, and operational KPIs

✔ Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation

✔ Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Housekeeping, Facility Management, or Hospitality Operations
• Proven experience managing housekeeping teams
• Strong leadership, operational planning, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, SOPs, and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and operational reporting
• Malayalam is mandatory
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory
• Four-wheeler driving licence and driving skill is preferred
