Salary: 3.6 - 4 lakhs per annum + accommodation (Extra connivence and Housing allowance could be given to local candidate)

Role Description

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and comfort throughout the resort and sports club. This full-time, on-site role in Palampur includes supervising housekeeping staff, managing daily room and public area cleaning schedules, and coordinating laundry services to meet quality standards. The Housekeeping Manager will handle inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and linens, implement and monitor hygiene and sustainability practices, and ensure compliance with resort policies. The role also involves training and mentoring team members, responding to guest requests and feedback, and collaborating with front office and maintenance teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance management.
• Candidates should possess housekeeping and laundry skills, with experience in maintaining rooms, public areas, and linen quality.
• Candidates should possess excellent customer service and communication skills to address guest needs and coordinate with internal teams.
• Relevant experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in hotels, resorts, or hospitality settings.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene standards, and familiarity with sustainable housekeeping practices.
