Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Hotel Manager role located in Kumbakonam. The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient management of staff, and maintaining high-quality standards across all departments. Responsibilities include managing budgets, driving sales efforts, supervising food and beverage services, handling guest relations, and overseeing reception staff duties. The Hotel Manager will be instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest relations effectively.
• Experience in Budgeting and Sales to manage financial performance and drive revenue growth.
• Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality standards and oversee services.
• Knowledge of Receptionist Duties, including front office procedures and efficient staff management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment and deliver consistent results.
• Previous experience in hotel management is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
