Role Description

Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest relations effectively.
- Experience in Budgeting and Sales to manage financial performance and drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage operations to maintain quality standards and oversee services.
- Knowledge of Receptionist Duties, including front office procedures and efficient staff management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic hospitality environment and deliver consistent results.
- Previous experience in hotel management is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
