Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at MICROTECH CLINICAL LAB. The role is based on-site at our Madurai location. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, managing sales strategies, and providing effective customer service. The role also includes conducting training sessions for team members and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives to drive growth and meet targets.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide exceptional service.
Proven capabilities in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and meet organizational goals.
Experience in Training and team development to mentor and upskill team members effectively.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and achieve results.
Proficiency with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field would be preferred.
