T3Cogno is seeking a dedicated Home Health Coder Trainer for a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai. The Home Health Coder Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions for new and experienced coders, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining accurate coding standards. They will stay updated on coding guidelines, conduct quality audits, and provide performance feedback to improve team productivity and accuracy. This position also involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the success of the coding team and compliance with home health industry requirements.

• Proficiency in medical coding standards, including specific expertise in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
• Experience in training and mentoring individuals or teams in medical coding with a focus on home health care coding practices.
• Strong analytical skills for conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for mentoring and collaborating with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations, billing processes, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Certification as a coder (e.g., CPC, CCS, or an equivalent credential) is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, medical coding, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
