This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram, India, for a Holiday Cruise Sales Expert. Responsibilities include engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, understanding client needs, and promoting cruise packages to maximize sales. The role requires advising customers on the best travel options and ensuring a high-quality customer experience from inquiry to booking. The successful candidate will assist in achieving sales targets while fostering positive client relationships.

• Strong Sales and Retail Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to deliver high satisfaction and manage client relationships effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills for engaging with diverse clientele and providing clear, accurate information
• Proficiency in building rapport and understanding customer needs
• A positive and results-driven attitude with a focus on teamwork
• Relevant experience in sales, travel, or hospitality industries preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
