• Review and summarize property records, deeds, mortgages, liens, judgments, and tax information.
• Ensure all reports are clear, complete, and delivered on time.
• Communicate with team members to clarify search details when needed.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Title Searching / Abstracting (U.S. counties preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with county websites and title terminology.
