Job Description

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the integration and end-to-end testing lifecycle across complex legacy and modern financial systems, translating business requirements into bulletproof test scenarios.
• Data Validation & Reconciliation: Design and execute rigorous backend and batch processing validations, managing file-based data movements and structural data reconciliation.
• Core Systems Quality: Drive regression testing strategies to ensure the stability of core banking platforms, minimizing production downtime.
• Defect Engineering: Lead deep-dive defect investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to uncover hidden system anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
• Legacy & Modern Alignment: Collaborate across teams to validate integrations spanning mainframe environments and modern automated testing pipelines.

What we're looking

• Domain Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience, with mandatory, deep-rooted knowledge in Mortgage Servicing and Lending domains.
• Core Tech Environment: Comfortable navigating Mainframe and legacy ecosystems, with a solid understanding of Hogan platforms.
• Backend Mastery: Strong exposure to file-based processing, batch validation, and working familiarity with COBOL, JCL, CICS, or VSAM.
• Quality Excellence: Advanced skills in regression testing methodologies and a proven track record of handling complex data validation.
• Desirable Edge: Hands-on experience with test automation for regression suites and automated data validation tools is a major plus.
• Mindset: An analytical, investigative mindset with a relentless focus on RCA, clear technical communication skills, and comfort working in high-stakes financial environments.
