Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in Corporate Law to provide strategic legal guidance and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The role involves advising the management team on corporate governance, M&A, contracts, compliance matters, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven legal experience in corporate law, preferably in a multinational or large-scale corporate environment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of Corporate Law, Companies Act, Contract Law, FEMA, SEBI guidelines, and other relevant statutes.

• Expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, IPOs, Corporate Restructuring, and Regulatory Approvals.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• LLB / LLM from a recognized university 
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, with at least 5 years in a senior advisory role.
• Experience in working with corporates preferred.
