Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a data-driven and customer-focused Retention Marketing Executive who can improve customer engagement, repeat purchases, and lifetime value. If you enjoy working with CRM tools, lifecycle journeys, and performance metrics—and understand how to keep customers coming back - we’d love to have you on our team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute customer retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Manage email, WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communication
  • Create onboarding, engagement, reactivation, and win-back customer journeys
  • Segment users based on behavior, purchase history, and lifecycle stage
  • Monitor and optimize retention KPIs such as repeat purchase rate, churn, and LTV
  • A/B test content, timing, and channels to improve campaign performance
  • Work closely with performance, product, and design teams to align messaging
  • Analyze campaign data and share insights to improve customer experience
  • Maintain consistency in brand voice across all retention communication

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Retention / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Bitespeed, Contlo, Bik, WebEngage, Clevertap, or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer journeys and funnel optimization
  • Basic analytical skills with experience reading campaign performance reports
  • Good communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience in D2C, e-commerce, health, or lifestyle brands is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
