Role Description This is a contract, on-site role for a Hiring Sales Executive focused on safety shoes and personal safety equipment, based in Hisar. The Hiring Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential corporate clients, presenting product offerings, and building strong relationships with decision-makers in industries requiring safety footwear and personal protective equipment. Daily tasks include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and terms, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, maintaining market intelligence on competitors and industry trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and after-sales support.
Qualifications
  • Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills, particularly in industrial products or safety equipment.
  • Knowledge of safety shoes, personal protective equipment, and basic occupational safety standards, with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with corporate clients and decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage leads, maintain sales pipelines, and use CRM or basic sales tracking tools for reporting and follow-up.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset, with strong time management and organizational skills for on-site field work.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, industrial supplies, or safety products is highly preferred.
  • Minimum qualification: bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working on-site in Hisar and traveling locally to meet clients as required.
