Candidate Profile

Experience: 8+ years in hospitality HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Skills: Strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance management
Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws, HR systems, and performance frameworks
Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and drive organizational effectiveness
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and support multi‑location operations
