Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with opportunities to collaborate across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune projects. The Interior Designer will be responsible for meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and translating them into functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions. Day-to-day activities include space planning, developing design concepts, preparing construction and interior drawings, selecting finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment, and coordinating with vendors and contractors. The role involves regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve design or execution issues as they arise. The Interior Designer will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining NoBroker’s service and design excellence.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Architecture skills, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and user-centered spaces.
• Candidates should possess Space Planning skills to optimize layouts and circulation within residential and commercial interiors.
• Candidates should possess Construction Drawings skills, including detailing and documentation for execution and coordination with contractors.
• Candidates should possess FF&E skills for selecting and specifying furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes aligned with project budgets and design intent.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) and familiarity with 3D visualization is beneficial.
• Strong communication, client-facing, and project coordination skills, with the ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices, and prior experience in residential or commercial interiors is an advantage.
