Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – IndiaMART Lead Closing

Alan Scott Enterprises Limited is looking for a focused and persistent Inside Sales Executive to handle business enquiries received through IndiaMART, website and digital campaigns.

This is not cold calling. You will be speaking to customers who have already expressed interest in our products. The role requires strong follow-up discipline and the ability to convert enquiries into confirmed sales opportunities.

To respond quickly to inbound enquiries, qualify customer requirements, and convert leads into sales opportunities for the field sales team.

• Call and respond to IndiaMART / website enquiries

• Understand customer requirements and explain product offerings

• Maintain structured follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed

• Update CRM with call notes, lead status and follow-up schedules

• Qualify serious prospects and assign them to the field sales team

• Track lead progress and conversion ratios

• Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports

✔ 1–3 years experience in inside sales / telesales / lead follow-up

✔ Experience handling IndiaMART / TradeIndia / JustDial leads preferred

✔ Strong follow-up discipline and persuasion skills

✔ Comfortable working with CRM systems and call targets

✔ Good communication in English and Hindi

✔ Organised and systematic in tracking leads

• Consistent follow-up until closure

• High lead-to-opportunity conversion ratio

• Accurate CRM updates and reporting
