Position: Graduate Engineer – Marketing & Sales

Industry: Welding Electrode Manufacturing Plant

Location: Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu

Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent

• Promote and market welding electrodes and related welding consumables to industrial customers.
• Develop new business opportunities with fabrication shops, contractors, distributors, and industrial clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide technical sales support.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and coordinate order execution.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Support product demonstrations and customer trials.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries.
• Prepare sales reports and customer feedback documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in industrial sales are welcome.
• Knowledge of welding processes and welding consumables is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

• Technical understanding of SMAW welding electrodes and fabrication applications.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
