Job Title - OJT & Commis Chef @ The Salad House – Gurgaon

Location - The Salad House – B-F30, Element One Mall, Sector- 49, Gurgaon

Shift Timings: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM & 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The shift will be assigned after the interview.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off)

Salary Range: Starting Salary 16,000/- (no deductions), based on interview and trial performance.

What You'll Do

• Train under senior chefs while taking real ownership of your station.
• Learn and execute mise-en-place (pre-preparation) with accuracy and speed.
• Prepare dishes independently after training and maintain quality standards.
• Handle peak-hour rush with confidence and teamwork.

• Discipline to be on time and follow all SOPs.

Important Note - 

• Accommodation is not provided. - A 9-hour work shift, including a 1-hour meal break. (Our current team stays nearby, as there are many accommodation options available in the area.)
• Freshly cooked in-house staff meals provided daily during your shift hours.
• One weekly off.
