Role Description The Commi Chef role at Tinge is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Commi Chef will assist senior kitchen staff with daily food preparation, cooking, and plating according to established recipes and standards. This role involves maintaining high levels of kitchen hygiene, including proper cleaning, storage, and handling of ingredients and equipment. The Commi Chef will help with mise en place, inventory checks, and basic kitchen organization to support smooth service. The position also requires clear communication with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to ensure consistent quality and timely service.
