Position: Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive

Role Overview

Medico Hub is looking for a Tamil-speaking Marketing Executive for Coimbatore location who can visit hospitals and healthcare organizations to promote Medico Hub’s healthcare staffing and recruitment services.

The candidate will represent Medico Hub professionally and build strong relationships with hospital management and HR teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centres in and around Coimbatore
• Meet Hospital Management, HR, and Administration teams
• Explain Medico Hub services including recruitment and deployment of:
• RMO / Duty Doctors
• Specialist & Super-Specialist Consultants
• Nursing and healthcare staffing solutions
• Generate hospital requirements and business leads
• Build long-term professional relationships with healthcare organizations
• Coordinate with Head Office regarding client requirements and follow-ups
• Maintain daily visit reports and client database
• Promote Medico Hub as a trusted healthcare staffing partner
  
  

Qualification

• Graduate / MBA preferred
  
  

Language Requirement

• Tamil Speaking – Mandatory
• Basic English/Hindi communication preferred
  
  

Experience

• 1–3 years in Marketing / Healthcare Recruitment / Field Sales preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and field work interest can also apply

• Client handling and relationship-building ability
• Field marketing and lead generation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
