Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Aptitude & Reasoning Trainer based in Guntur, with the flexibility for partial work-from-home. The trainer’s responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging aptitude and reasoning training sessions for students and professionals, designing personalized learning materials, evaluating performance through assessments, and adapting teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs. Additional responsibilities include conducting workshops, staying updated with the latest teaching methodologies, and providing career guidance to learners.

HRA Groups is hiring on behalf of K-Learnworld for talented and passionate Aptitude and Reasoning Trainers at their training center in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Job Details:

Location: Guntur, Andhra Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹4 LPA (based on experience)

Role overview:

The trainers will be responsible for delivering training sessions for school and institutional programs conducted by K-Learnworld.

Key Responsiblities:

Aptitude Trainer

Train students in quantitative aptitude topics such as:

• Percentages
• Ratios
• Time & Work
• Profit & Loss
• Data Interpretation

Reasoning Trainer

• Teach logical reasoning concepts
• Guide students in problem-solving techniques

Requirments:

✔ Strong subject knowledge

✔ Good communication and teaching skills

✔ Passion for mentoring students

✔ Prior experience in training/teaching is preferred
