Your Role And Responsibilities

As an EMEA Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist , you’ll play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent across the EMEA region, supporting senior-level hiring for multiple business units. You’ll join a high-performing, well-established team where innovation, data, and collaboration drive everything we do.

This is more than sourcing—it’s about influencing hiring decisions, designing creative talent strategies, and delivering real business impact at scale.

What you’ll do

  • Own end-to-end sourcing for committed requisitions, from search initiation through offer acceptance
  • Partner closely with aligned client groups to design and execute strategic, creative sourcing strategies
  • Lead and contribute to Strategic Sourcing Briefing Calls, shaping sprint commitments and sourcing plans
  • Drive delivery against sprint commitments—proactively identifying risks, removing obstacles, and championing continuous improvement
  • Leverage data and insights (LinkedIn Talent Insights, CRM scorecards, Agile TA tools) to influence decisions and deliver on KPIs
  • Build and nurture strong passive talent pipelines across multiple countries, continuously exploring new and innovative sourcing channels
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate and recruitment experience at every touchpoint
  • Partner with Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Managers (TAMs), and Regional TA Leaders (RTALs) to support and enable service transformation
  • Ensure compliance with IBM recruiting processes and policies while building strong regional market knowledge

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

What you bring

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools (e.g. GitHub)
  • Excellent networking, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple searches, and deliver high-quality results
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing within an IT environment
  • Proven track record sourcing for technical roles
  • Familiarity with technical talent markets and profiles across EMEA
  • additional language skills (spanish/ italian/ french/ arabic/ german) are an advantage
