Responsibilities: Monitor pool activities and enforce safety rules. Provide rescue and first aid support in emergencies. Maintain pool cleanliness and safety equipment. Conduct swimming lessons and safety drills. Skills: Strong lifeguarding and first aid skills. Excellent communication and observation abilities. Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently. Requirements: Lifeguard certification and relevant experience, preferably in a school or recreational setting.
